Fur Kutz Dog Grooming Parlour Holidays Stays Terms & Conditions

A.1. Our holiday stay fees are charged for each day. You agree the fee before we Fur Kutz agree to book you in for an appointment holiday booking.

A.2. You agree you have viewed our accommodation where your pet/s will be staying. In the case you haven’t, then that would have been your personal choice. As we do encourage all our customers to view the premises. In the situation you have chosen not to, we do not take responsibility if the premises are not what you expected.

A.3. No Shows is the term used for a booking where you the owner have failed to present your pet/s to us within 24hrs of the arrival date and time stated and agreed. In this instance you agree that your booking will be cancelled. You further agree that you will be liable to pay full fees.

A.4. All pet/s staying with us must be fully vaccinated and a current certificate of vaccination must accompany each pet. This certificate must remain at our premises throughout the period of stay. Failure to provide a valid vaccination card for each pet will prevent them from staying with us. In this instance your booking maybe cancelled but you will remain liable for holiday stay fees, Excluding deposits, as deposits are non refundable.

A.5. We Fur Kutz requires 50% deposit upon creating a booking with us, which is Non- Refundable under Any circumstances. Please note we will not create you a booking until we have received 50% of you booking fee. By paying your 50% deposit you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to them we would be unable to take your deposit or booking.

A.6 We Fur Kutz holds the right to change and alter our prices as and when we feel necessary.

A.7. There is two options of payment, Cash/Card in person at our premises, or Card over premises telephone. You agree that our Terms & Conditions would Always be shown to you in person or read to you in full over phone. You Must agree to all our Terms & Conditions before deposit and payments. Please note there s a £1 additional charge, to use our Chip & Pin services.

A.8. In the issue that you have to cancel you must pre cancel by telephone to inform a member of staff. We then require a written cancellation letter stating you would like to cancel your booking. Please not that you will not receive your deposit back, as it states previously, it is Non Refundable.

A.9. Cancellations must be done before the 14 days leading up to the stated agreed arrival date and time. If you the owner fail to do so, We Fur Kutz hold all rights to keep your payment fees in full, under any circumstances.

A.10. We do not tolerate any stress, abuse, harassment, or violence to any member of our staff. If this is the issue, your pet/s will be returned to yourself or the local dog warden immediately. The holiday stay would be immediately terminated. We Fur Kutz would therefore hold all rights to keep Full payment fees. All future bookings will instantly be cancelled and deposits are Non Refundable.

1. A.11. The Office is closed Sundays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New years Day. Therefore Pet/s cannot arrive or depart on those days. Pet/s Must be collected and delivered Only during our opening hours and days. Our working hours and Days are; Monday-Saturday- 8am-6pm Sunday- CLOSED Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New years Day- CLOSED We will only accept your pet/ within our working hours and days. Owners must contact us if they are unable to reach our premises or your own home before closing. Please note we do NOT return or collect pet/s on Sundays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day. Calls and contact will ONlY be able to be made to Fur Kutz in our working hours and days. Please note we are CLOSED Sundays ALL day. Therefore no contact will be able to be made what so ever, until we open.

A.12. In the event of a refund, we do not do cash refunds, purely and Only Cheques.

A.13.If your pet/s are collected before the stated departure date , there is no refund under Any circumstances.

A.14. We Fur Kutz reserves the right to refuse entry to any holiday stay at our discretion.

A.15. Beds & toys are not required as we will supply vet bedding. Please note, we accept No responsibility for any loss or damages of any customer’s belongings. I.e. Bedding, toys, leads, collars, bowls etc. If you the owner choose to bring the above items, you do so at your own risk.

A.16. Any dangerous or difficult pet/s may need to be removed from the premises, if we Fur Kutz feel this is for your dog’s best interest, as well as our own.

A.17. Owners are liable for any damages inflicted upon staff and, or property by pet/s.

A.18. Whilst every care and attention is given to each pet/s at Fur Kutz holiday stays, we cannot be held responsible for loss of life, or illness from what ever cause.

A.19. It is you the owner’s responsibility to inform us of you pet/s relevant medical history, or any medication your pet/s may currently be on. You must inform us, as you are booking currently, also on the start date. We Fur Kutz will not be held responsible, if you the owner fail to do so.

A.20. As there are over 1,500 different diets available for feeding pet/s. We Fur Kutz are unable to supply every one, therefore the owner are at liberty to bring your pet/s own food with you. For Pet/s that do not eat the recommended food, we will endeavour to feed anything that your pet/s will eat.

A.21. Any pet/s that is not collected on the arranged date and time, will then be charged every day, with our normal daily rate.

A22. Any pet/s not collected within 7 days of agreed date of collection, will be handed over to our local dog warden.

A.23. During the period of your pet/s holiday stay, we will exercise your pet/s. we will give every possible care and attention to the welfare and safety of your pet/s. However we accept no responsibility for problems that may occur outside of our control.

2. A.24. You the owner accepts that a vet surgeon will be called, if we think it is necessary. Any resulting fees will be paid by you the owner. A receipt will be issued.

A.25. We Fur Kutz hold the right to move your pet/s to another safe premises, if we Fur Kutz feel it is in your pet/s best interests. I.e. If a bee’s nest is present, fire, irresolvable issues with other dogs in a pack stay.

A.26. No pet/s will be accepted in our holiday stays with out you the owners, contact number, name, present address or accepting our Teams & Conditions.

A.27. We Fur Kutz are not held responsible for your pet/s on there walks whilst on there holiday stays. I.e. Getting off lead, Being attacked by other Dogs, Running in the road and getting injured, being run over.

A.28. You the owner gives us Fur Kutz permission to drive your pet/s in our insured vehicle and do not hold us responsible for any accidents.

A.29. You the owner, do not hold us responsible, if your pet/s losses weight whilst staying with us, as you are fully aware that your pet/s may be pining for you. Or if your pet/s gets upset stomach, due to separation from you.

A.30 If you the Owner have opted for a pack group stay, rather then a solo stay, you are fully aware, that there will be up to a max of 3 other pet/s in the same stay. The pet/s are in constant surveillance. But we are not held responsible if there are any disputes in regards to pecking order, or injuries that may have been caused.

A.31. Please note by paying a deposit, weather it be in person or via telephone you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.

A.32 Hours of Business Monday-Saturday - 8am-6pm Sunday-CLOSED Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day- CLOSED. Please note we at Fur Kutz will be uncontactable on our closed days and hours. We are only contactable on our opening days and hours. Many thanks for your co-operation.
